My Bridal Dream, LLC launches website nationwide
Manchester, NH – November 5, 2012: My Bridal Dream, LLC would like to announce the expansion of their matchmaking website nationwide. MyBridalDream.com matches brides with local bridal vendors based on search criteria such as budget, location and specific needs. . The platform exists as a bridal tool to enhance and streamline the wedding planning process. The site is free to brides and affordable annual memberships are available to wedding vendors.
Co-Founders, Tia Lori Bergeron and Allison DeCesere are excited to announce the website service is now available in all states across the nation as part of the launch of Phase II. My Bridal Dream, LLC entered into a partnership with Wasabi Ventures earlier this year allowing for strategic growth through their Advisor Role and Engineering Team.
MyBridalDream.com has operated in the State of NH during their Phase I release since August, 2011. The company has enjoyed awards such as a finalist in the VentureX Start-Up Competition and a finalist in the City of Manchester Mayor’s Innovative Award this year.

We are so excited that My Bridal Dream, LLC has been selected as a finalist in the Manchester, NH Mayor’s Small Business Award in the Innovative Category.
The Mayor’s Small Business Award sponsored by Comcast Business Class has been created to honor and recognize small businesses within Manchester in three separate categories: Growth, Innovation and Community Service. Award winners will be announced at the Mayor’s Small Business Awards Breakfast on Friday, May 25th.

They discussed their unique bridal tool (website) that allows brides to narrow down their choices from potential matches presented to them based on their location, budget and other needs. On January 24, 2012, Allison DeCesere & Tia Lori Bergeron, Co-Founders of My Bridal Dream, LLC promoted their business and their selection for a Pitch It Competition on the Girard At Large Radio Show. They discussed how the company came to be, and their mission to make brides’ lives easier and provide a new marketing opportunity for wedding vendors. They also discussed their selection for the VentureX New England Pitch It Competition. Out of 100 applications from 8 states, My Bridal Dream was selected to compete on January 26th at the abiHub in Manchester, NH.

My Bridal Dream finishes in Top 3 for New England VentureX Pitch It Competition
On January 26th, 2012 the first New England VentureX Competition was held. Over 250 people gathered at the abiHub in Manchester, NH to listen to the 10 semi-finalists and cast their votes for the start-ups that excited them. My Bridal Dream, LLC was fortunate to be one of the 10 companies selected out of 100 applications from 8 states. We spent the first 90 minutes pitching our company to the stream of individuals traveling room to room to get the scoop. Cocktails in hand, the crowd was buzzing with the spirit that this entrepreneurial display was creating.
Venture Capitalists, Angel Investors, business professionals, friends and families of the 10 companies moved into an old restaurant space to enjoy some h’odouvres and hear the results. The top 3 companies with the most votes would move onto the Q & A portion of the competition. MyBridalDream.com was announced, and our hearts were touched with the obvious and loud display of support. We had made it. We would be called in front of the crowd to answer questions from the panel of judges.
Although we didn’t win, this experience was educational, fun and truly inspiring. We would like to congratulate Mosaic Archive for their victory and thank Wasabi Ventures and the abiHub crew for making this happen. We owe a debt of gratitude to the individuals that came out in the snow to support us.
MyBridalDream.com Releases Promotional Video for Brides & Wedding Vendors
We are so excited to release our promotional video. This was made possible by the NH Division of Economic Development and Epiphanies Inc. Dan Freund from MyFriendDan was the videographer and was a pleasure to work with. We had so many bridal partners work with us to make this happen. We would like to thank Nicole Houde, Be Gorgeous, LLC, who was our beautiful bride. Greg Kassapis, NRG Entertainment, was our handsome groom and was dressed by George’s Apparel. We would like to thank Abigail Burton, AB Paperie, for her testimonial. We used Manchester Country Club as the beautiful reception site. The beautiful Adele Boufford Baker was our wedding officiant. The bride’s hair was done by Mode Salon.
Steve Boucher and Allen Voivod provided the laughs dressed as two crazy cousins dancing it up at the reception.

Here’s the details:
VentureX begins with an expo-style, cocktail party. The 10 lucky teams will setup booths and present their project or startup to attendees. Open and free to the public, each attendee will be given 5 golden tickets, which they can distribute among the 10 startups as they wish (e.g. all 5 tickets to one, 1 ticket to 5 different teams).
The 3 teams that collect the most golden tickets will qualify for the final pitch round. During the final pitch round, each finalist will pitch their startup to a panel of 5 successful entrepreneurs and investors. At the end of the evening, the panel will choose one grand prize winner.
5:30pm: Doors Open

7:00pm – 7:15pm: 3 Finalists Announced to Pitch

Why MyBridalDream?
Thanks for visiting us. We would like to intro with a short history of why we built this wedding service to assist with wedding planning. First Co-Founder Allison Nezballa realized there was a need for a unique tool to help find bridal vendors when she helped other brides with their wedding planning. Sure, she could use search engines and get generic lists from other wedding sites, but so much work remained and the lists were limited. How much did the vendor cost, what was their service area, did they have what she was looking for? There had to be more options for local vendors in New Hampshire.Then in 2010, she met Tia Lori Bergeron and discussed the idea of a website that would present potential matches to brides based on search criteria. Together, they funded and collaborated the launch of www.mybridaldream.com.
MyBridalDream.com matches brides and vendors for NH weddings using her search criteria to find compatible relationships in order to form her perfect dream team. Our site is free to brides and vendors become members for a low annual fee. Our members include reception sites, wedding transportation, jewelry, bridal apparel, cakes, invitations, spa & beauty, caterers, rental items, djs and wedding entertainment, florists and things you haven’t thought of.
The mission of My Bridal Dream, LLC is to provide a unique tool for brides to form their Bridal Dream Team; and empower vendors with a new affordable marketing opportunity by creating a match making scenario driven by specific search criteria.
